Farmer’s Appreciation Day in Faribault

Join us on Saturday, June 11, 2016, for a new twist on a signature event in Faribault. For more than 10 years, KDHL and KRFO have been holding the annual Farmer’s Appreciation Breakfast. New for 2016 will be the first Farmer’s Appreciation Day. Free breakfast as always, but now you will have the opportunity to interact with local agriculture experts and be a part of the demonstrations of key products for the farmers in southern Minnesota.

Attendees will be able to enjoy a complimentary free breakfast, the opportunity to interact with local agriculture experts and be a part of the demonstrations of key products for the farmers in southern Minnesota. The first 500 attendees also will receive an event swag bag full of goodies from participating sponsors and vendors.

The event features three speakers: Mark Dorenkamp with the Brownfield Network, Jill Sackett Eberhart with the USDA Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education, and Travis Hirman with the Rice Soil and Water Conservation District.
