Faribault Senior Center Expansion Fundraising Update on AM Minnesota 9-30-2015

Faribault Area Senior Center Executive Director Mona Kaiser stops by the KDHL studio and gives us an update on their expansion plans.

I know a fundraiser is being planned for Nov. 10 because I've been asked to emcee the event.

I'm flattered to be asked and honored to be able to assist. We'll get all the details at 9:30AM.

Yesterday an ice cream social was held at the Senior Center for members, and attendance was terrific, Kaiser said. It was an informational event to give members more details about the center's plans. I'll be curious to find out what, if any, consensus there was from those in attendance.

All of have the goal of being older, right? So this expansion benefits ALL of us, not just a select few, but ALL of us.
