The Buckham Memorial Library in Faribault is kicking off the summer reading program. All youth are welcome! Whether you are in high school, middle school, elementary, preschool and even infants are invited to join.

To participate, visit the library and sign up anytime this summer starting June 3. You'll receive a reading log, which you can use to track how much time you spend reading or being read to. Listening to audio books counts, too! The program runs from June 3 until September 5, and those who participate have a chance to earn prizes, including a free one -day ticket to the Faribault Family Aquatic Center for the first 500 kids to sign up for the summer reading program.

“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.”  ― Dr. Seuss, "I Can Read With My Eyes Shut!"
