The Faribault City Council voiced excitement over a new amenity for the Aquatic Center and unanimously approved it's purchase during Tuesday night's meeting.  Parks and Recreation Director Paul Penansky told KDHL following the meeting the new fun item will extend 11 feet off the ground.  Penansky told council members if the apparatus is ordered this week it could be here just in time for the opening of the pool this summer.  Penansky says there will be two structures used at the Aquatic Park and one will also be placed at the Community Center after the outdoor pool closes.  Council Members felt utilizing the structures at both pools would mean more bang for the buck and
