Faribault Area Chamber Business Expo Discussed on AM Minnesota 4-7-2016

Faribault Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism President Kymn Anderson stops by the KDHL studio and may bring an additional guest or two to give us details about the annual Business Expo.

This year's Expo also includes a job fair and will be on Thursday, April 21, from 2-6:30PM at the Faribault Ice Arena.

More than 60 businesses will be featured at the Expo and Job Fair presented by Consolidated Communications. In addition, 30 nonprofit community groups will be in the Community Showcase sponsored by the Faribault Area Foundation.

I had a nice conversation with Christie Satre, marketing analyst with Consolidated Communications, this morning and we will air that interview during AM Minnesota.

The show begins at 9:30AM.

Satre noted Consolidated Communications will be hosting the Business After Hours event that day and, like most booths, will have some giveaways.

It's always great fun to learn more about the many businesses we have in Faribault and the surrounding area and really hammers home the reality that you don't have to leave town to get anything.
