Stordahl Lutheran church in rural Zumbrota will hold its annual klubb dinner Saturday, October 3, 2015, from 4-7:30PM. Enjoy a pleasant drive to the corner of Goodhue County 10 and 12 and feast on potato dumplings, escalloped potatoes, ham, Jell-O salad and homemade bars.
Potato dumplings are made of ground raw potatoes and flour then boiled in ham juice. Plan to stay and eat and take a few home with you. Many people like them fried in butter for breakfast the next day.
