Linda Avery Benefit

Linda Avery was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and Lung Cancer in August. In October she began chemotherapy after battling a collapsed lung.

There will be a Cancer Benefit for Linda Avery on Saturday, April 9 at the Mazeppa Community Center, 121 Maple St., beginning at noon.

A Kids Corner will be all day with activities for all ages.

• A Silent Auction will be from Noon to 5PM
• A Pie Auction begins at 1PM
• Live Auction starts at 3PM
• The hog roast dinner begins at 1PM, which is $7 per person.

The benefit will include live music:

• Noon to 3PM by Skeeter, Denny and Harold
• 4:30PM Bea & Jim.

The Linda Avery Cancer Benefit also includes a Bean Bag Tournament at the Mazeppa Fire Hall. Registration at Noon. Tournament at 1PM.

It will cost $20 per team, half to the winner and half to Linda.
