If you are a car enthusiast you'll appreciate knowing that Faribault's Car Cruises are still scheduled to take place this year. Even with the threat of COVID-19 last year, all car cruises were completed, just in a different way. Mark your calendars for the following days for which days you'll want to cruise in the Faribault-area.

In a post to social media on January 7th, Faribault Car Cruise Nights posted the 2021 schedule.

The cruises are scheduled for:

  • May 21, 6-9pm: Car Cruise
  • June 18, 6-9pm: Car Cruise
  • July 16, 6-9pm: Car Cruise
  • August 20, 6-9pm: Car Cruise
  • September 17, 6-9pm: Car Cruise

The location of this year's cruises haven't been set, like last year's COVID cruises were, there may be a rallying point for people to start off and then meet up after completing the cruise.

Maybe towards September, there will be a cruise-in on Main in the Downtown Faribault area like BC [before COVID-19].

I would like to think that it is welcome news to many as the cruises were fun and a popular event for many who had been cooped up inside. So until the first cruise, set for May, get ready for it by maybe detailing the car, shining up some chrome, maybe take some time to start and finish up a small project on the car you've been planning.

When we hear about the locations for the cruises, we will be happy to share those with you.

We all know even though it's January, May will be here before you know it.
