Kids have their ice cream trucks, and now, so do adults. This may be one of the most brilliant ideas ever, and if you're looking for a way to make money right now, this could be just the thing.

One of the surest things about the United States of America. The people here know how to make lemonade out of a crappy Covid-19 situation. This is a prime case, where people couldn't go to a Houston, Texas, bar/restaurant, so the bar/restaurant fitted up an "ice cream" truck and they go to the people.

It's not exactly a truck that rolls thru neighborhoods during the cocktail hour playing Dean Martin songs about drinking, with adults begging their kids for money to go out and buy a drink and SWEARING it won't ruin their dinner.

Nope, you gotta order food from from the joint and then when they deliver, the bar is open!

They also have a Cinco de Mayo menu!

Apparently, this is a thing in many parts of California, too. Please, could it be a thing in Minnesota?
