This is National FFA Week

Every year FFA chapters all around the United States, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands celebrate National FFA Week which is this week! It is designated as a time to spread the story of what the FFA is and how it is preparing leaders through agricultural education. This year there are over 700,000 FFA student members that are part of 8,600 local chapters. In addition there are over 8 million alumni members supporting local FFA chapters.

This week on KDHL you will hear many different FFA members from area chapters explaining how they got involved in the FFA, what their FFA chapter will be doing to celebrate National FFA week, and some of their favorite activities they are involved with in the FFA.
