The mind-blowing mansion that served as the main location for The Beverly Hillbillies is for sale, and you won't believe the photos — or the price tag.

Variety reports that the Chartwell Estate in Bel Air, Calif., is currently on the market for $195 million, and if you think that's a staggering price tag, well ... it is, actually, but it's still a $50 million price cut from the original asking price of $245 million the current owner listed it for in 2018.

The French Neoclassical limestone chateau was built by architect Sumner Spaulding in the early 1930s, and it features 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms for a total of more than 20,000 square feet. The listing photos above depict almost impossibly luxurious grounds featuring perfectly-kept hedges, private gardens, sculptures and gorgeous fountains.

The Mansion From Nashville Is Totally Mind-Boggling!

The exterior of the house also features a 75-foot swimming pool, lighted tennis court and a “car gallery” that can house more than three dozen cars. The pool house is connected to the main house by an elevator and a tunnel, and there's also a 5,700-square-foot guest house on the grounds.

There are no pictures available of the interior of the main house, but Variety reports the mansion's amenities include a formal dining room wrapped with paneling, a 12,000-bottle wine cellar and a massive ballroom. According to Zillow, the $195 million asking price would break down into monthly payments of $927,034.

The Beverly Hillbillies ran from 1962-1971 on CBS and followed the misadventures of the Clampetts, a poor rural family who moved to Beverly Hills after striking oil on their land. The Chartwell Estate's exterior was used as the house the family moved into after striking it rich.
