There's a new test program going for a company that allows you to mail in your recycling. It's designed for those hard-to-recycle items like lightbulbs, plastics, and household batteries.

Minnesota is the Land of 10,000 Lakes but we could also be the Land of 10,000 Regulations because throwing the wrong item away could land you in hot water!
