Kia has issued a recall on 2015-2018 Sedona minivans, because the automatic side doors may not reverse if they hit an obstruction, such as a limb, according to the NHTSA. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.  Kia has reported 21 complaints of which 12 reports an injury.

Owners will be notified by mail and can take the minivans to Kia dealerships, where the sliding-door software can be reprogrammed at no charge.

General Motors is also recalling 20118 Terrain Sport Utility vehicles because the airbags may not deploy properly in a crash.

GM said it has received no reports of injuries as a result of the malfunction, which can be fixed by reprogramming an air-bag sensor.
