Rural Le Sueur Man Arrested And Charged with Indecent Exposure

After he admitted to numerous counts of indecent exposure, 47-year-old Joseph Gill of rural Le Sueur was arrested and charged.

According to the Jordan police department, the incidents allegedly took place in  New Prague, Belle Plaine and Jordan between May and July. In each case, the suspect was described as a man in a white minivan who concealed his identity and exposed his genitals. Police also say he was arrested Sept. 16 and admitted to each incident.

The victims were teenage girls and women.

Gill has been charged with felony indecent exposure, felony fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct, four counts of gross misdemeanor indecent exposure and five counts of misdemeanor concealing identity.

He continues to be held at the Scott County Jail.
