Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  A Rochester woman with a history of driving while impaired has been caught again, this time with a blood-alcohol level 3 times the legal limit.

She also had a child with her.

And, 34-year-old Arek Chuor was in violation of a court order issued after a DUI arrest last November that required an ignition interlock device in her vehicle because her driver’s license was revoked.

The same police officer who arrested Chuor in the November case spotted her driving erratically the evening of Sept. 4th and pulled her over. The officer says "Chuor’s speech was deliberate, incoherent and slurred and her eyes were glassy.”

The officer saw her 6-year-old daughter in the back seat and also noticed the ignition interlock was absent. The officer arrested Chuor and a test that was taken 2 hours later showed she had a blood alcohol concentration of .26.

According to court records, Chuor has been convicted three times for DWI (2011, 2014, 2019).

News update:  Detour near Rochester airport begins Monday.
