Rise & Shine: Best Breakfast Spots in and Around Faribault

I absolutely love dining out, and between breakfast, lunch and dinner; breakfast is by far my favorite meal to enjoy at a restaurant, cafe, or bar. Not even close.

I also love to cook -- but rarely do I feel like rolling up my sleeves on a Sunday morning and dive into the process of making eggs, hashbrowns, a country fried steak, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, grits, English muffins, toast, bacon, ham, sausage, and coffee or a bloody mary or mimosa. (Not that I would ever make all of that on any given morning, but it sure sounds good.)

Yes, I love dinner and lunch out, but breakfast is divine. The other part of breakfast out is that it's hard to screw up eggs, bacon, and potatoes. It pretty much ends up good anywhere. Nonetheless, some places are much better at it than others.
