Byron, MN (KROC AM) - Car thieves have struck again in Byron.

The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office was contacted Thursday morning about the latest theft. It occurred during the overnight hours.

At the same time, a car that had been stolen in Mantorville was discovered in Byron.

Several cars have been stolen in Byron in recent weeks, including one last Friday.

The sheriff’s office suspects the same group of area teenagers has been involved in the thefts.

Some of those teens were caught in a stolen car in Rochester Tuesday.
