12/30/13: 'When It Rains' is a song by country group Eli Young Band. It's comprised of four members who met while attending college in Texas. This song is off of the Jet Black and Jealous album with Mike Eli doing vocals. The band has recorded four albums, and has had major success in the last year or two. Other songs you might know or like from Eli Young Band include 'Crazy Girl', 'Drunk Last Night', and 'Even if it Breaks Your Heart'.
