The Caledonia/Spring Grove track and field team won boys Class 1A title easily on Saturday at St. Michael-Albertville High School.   The Three Rivers Conference squad amassed 67 points with next place to Cotter/Hope Lutheran with 39 points.

Southeast Minnesota did very well in the competition,  Grand Meadow-Leroy-Osrander/ Kingsland-Southland finished 11th with 22 points, Lanesboro/Fillmore Central had 18 points for 15th place and Pine Island was 18th with 17 points.

Cotter/Hope Lutheran are the Class 1A girls state champions after scoring 41 points, Eden Valley-Watkins/Kimball Area had 40 points along with Bagley/Fosston.  Grand Meadow-Leroy-Ostrander/Kingsland-Southland was 8th with 26 points, Chatfield 13th with 20 points, Blooming Prairie 18 points for 18th place.

Waterville-Elysian-Morristown placed 30th with 12 points and Kenyon-Wanamingo/Goodhue collected 11 points to finish 32nd.
