Minnesota High School Football Polls Week Five

The Goodhue Wildcats and Awesome Blossoms of Blooming Prairie are still rated #4 and #5 in the Class 1A Minnesota State Associated Press high school football rankings.  The two teams will collide on the gridiron this Friday night on KDHL and KAT KOUNTRY 105. The best way to listen is by the KDHL app or KAT KOUNTRY app.

There is only one class with a change at the top of the polls.  In Class 1A BOLD supplanted Minneota at the top and the Vikings fell to #3 despite not losing.  The other #1 teams are Spring Grove in NIne-Man, Caledonia in Class 2A, Pierz in Class 3A, Holy Angels Academy in Class 4A, Owatonna in Class 5A and Lakeville North in Class 5A.

Winona moved up to #2 in Class 4A thanks to their win over Mankato West last Friday.  The Scarlets dropped from #3 to #9 in Class 5A.  Stewartville jumped from #9 to #6 in Class 3A.  In Class 1A Kenyon-Wanamingo’s Friday opponent Mayer Lutheran moved from #10 to #9.
