It sure was fun hosting today's AM Minnesota program from the new greenhouse at the Faribault B A High School Agriculture Department. In the picture you can see that Advisor and Ag Instructor Casie Story is putting the greenhouse to good use! One class project was to select and plant different vegetables, grow them and sell them to gardeners this spring. By selling them students will gain experience on record keeping, handling money with income and expenses.

In the picture from with Advisor Casie Story are B A FFA officers Matt Palan, Brooke Johnson and Karlie DeGrood. There sure was a lot of excitement about the new FFA program in Faribault at B A. Board member Pat DeGrood also stopped by to thank all the supporters of the FFA and agriculture program at B A. Click on the link above and listen to today's AM Minnesota program. By the way, it was nice to see some corn about 24 inches tall growing in the greenhouse!
