Best Places to Eat in Rochester, MN

With a variety of restaurants to choose from in Rochester, it can be hard to pick where to go out to eat.

I finally tried Lumi not too long ago, and it was AMAZING. We went to First Meeting just the other day because they're perfect for a cold winter night. Neither of them ended up on the 'Most Booked' list, but they're still incredible restaurants.

So, which Rochester restaurants have people been making reservations at recently?

Five West

I was just at Five West for lunch with a friend! They've got tons of TVs so if there's a game on that you want to watch, this is a great spot. The food is so good, like elevated American bar food. They're located in west Rochester by Costco. Their price per person is $10-20.

Ruth's Chris

Right in the Peace Plaza, Ruth's Chris provides a fancy steak dinner experience. The food is delicious, the steaks are incredible, but, as you'd expect, it's a bit pricey: $100+ per person.

Crave

Crave is a solid option right in downtown Rochester on Broadway. They're in the second level of Hotel Indigo with tasty American food and plenty of sushi options. Google doesn't have a listed 'price per person,' but I'd say it would be about $30-50 per person.

One of our favorite spots, especially when we want to go somewhere that's more elevated. Bleu Duck is just off of Broadway and serves up New American food. We always love the whole experience from the food to the drinks to the service. The price per person is $50-100.

Yet another one of our favorite spots is Our Paladar. Serving up Cuban-inspired dishes, you'll enjoy some really great food (and drinks, too). They're located a couple of blocks east of Broadway along the train tracks. Their price per person is $30-50.
