Get in the holiday spirit with some holiday spirits! There are a few amazing and festive pop-up holiday bars around Minnesota that are only here for a short time. If you want to go somewhere that's got Christmas music playing, lots of decorations, and festive drinks, then you'll want to check one of these out.

I feel like Psycho Suzie's was the top pop-up bar to go to for the holidays. That's the one I heard the most about, at least. But now that they're closed, we have to find others to explore.

Up first we have...

Holiday Vacation in the Basement Bar

It's located inside Travail in Robbinsdale.

Imagine this: You'll be treated to an array of classic vacation beverages, cherished holiday libations, and inventive cocktails crafted by our skilled bartenders, all within a festively adorned holiday ambiance. This extraordinary cocktail adventure will be complemented by a multi-course tasting menu showcasing delectable Pan-Asian and Polynesian-inspired cuisine.

It sounds delicious and so cozy since it's in their Basement Bar. Tickets are $69 a person "with a required beverage pairing that you’ll customize."

You can visit Holiday Vacation in the Basement Bar from now through January 6th. Tickets can be purchased on their website.

Lola's Lakehouse can be found in Waconia but this time of year they've transformed into a Christmas spectacular.

We’ve got holiday decor galore, cocktails that sleigh, and food that’ll knock your candy cane-printed socks off.

They kick off festivities every night starting at 4 PM.

I'm not sure when they take down their decorations so if you want to pay them a visit do so before Christmas.

Jingle Bar at Old Log Theater

Another Jingle Bar, but this one's at Old Log Theater in Excelsior.

Celebrate the season in a Christmas wonderland with an over the-top décor of lights, garland, ribbons, baubles, ornaments, and a holiday soundtrack sure to make you merry and bright.

Their restaurant partner, Cast and Cru, puts together fun and festive cocktails to enjoy.

Jingle Bar is open through December 23rd.

Miracle on Pinz Street

Miracle on Pinz Street is in the restaurant called Pinz in Oakdale.

With kitschy holiday décor, professionally-developed cocktails, and the nostalgic energy of the best holiday party you’ve ever been to, this festive pop-up is sure to get even the grouchiest grinch in the holiday spirit.

Tickets are required and cost $20 a person. With your ticket, you get a souvenir glass and a 2-hour reservation slot.

They're open now through January 3rd.

Red Nose Room at Red Cow

You can find the Red Nose Room at the Red Cow in Uptown.

The Red Nose Room is actually new this year, too!

They've got festive and tasty-sounding cocktails on their menu. It's open now through January 7th.
