Saladworks in Rochester, Minnesota Is Now Temporarily Closed

One of my favorite spots to go for a quick lunch is Saladworks in downtown Rochester.  I've grabbed food multiple times in the middle of my radio shift on Y-105FM and even held a monthly women's event at this restaurant.

I just saw a note from the owner of Saladworks that indicated they need to temporarily close for a few days.

Where Is Saladworks Located in Rochester?

Saladworks has been open close to 6 years in the Med City and is located in the Subway level near the Gonda building.  It's a great place with amazing food, and the owner gives back to this community in so many different ways.

What Saladworks Said About The Closure

Out of an abundance of caution and to take care of our team, we’ll be closed for the next 48 hours due to a temporary staffing shortage.😞 Our plan is to reopen on Thursday 3/5 with a healthy crew ready to serve you fresh, made-to-order salads again. We’re grateful for your understanding and so thankful for this community. Taking care of our team means we can continue taking great care of you. See you very soon! — The Saladworks Rochester Team
