Massive New Building Near Rochester Menards Finally Has An Opening Date

Quite a bit of building action is happening near the Menards North location in Rochester, MInnesota.  If you missed it, Les Schwab is building a tire shop by one of the entrances to the front of Menards.  That's not the only construction happening up in that area...

If you drive a little bit North and head over a bit on 75th Street, you'll notice another large building that has been put up in what appears to have previously been farmland.

Here's What That New Large Building Is On 75th Street Near Menards in Rochester

In 2019, news hit that Eagle Brook Church was adding a campus to Rochester, Minnesota.  It officially launched in October 2019 at the Mayo Civic Center and this new church brought its small groups, large services, and even kid activities to the area for individuals and families.

Back in June 2023, it was announced that Eagle Brook Church found its permanent spot for its new Rochester campus and a purchase agreement for some farmland was signed.

I was watching one of the sermons a few Sundays ago when the opening date for the new Eagle Brook Church location in Rochester was announced.  Looks like 75th Street is going to get a little busier starting on October 3rd and 4th, 2026.

Over the last 7 years, the Rochester campus has been growing and preparing for a permanent location - and the time has finally come!
