Millville Man Receives Prison Sentence For Child Sexual Assault
Millville, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Millville man has been ordered to prison for sexually assaulting a young girl.
Wabasha County court records show that 41-year-old Jesse Allen Tesmer was charged with seven counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of possession of child pornography in March 2024 after the victim reported being sexually assaulted. The criminal complaint says the girl told Wabasha County investigators she was 12 years old when Tesmer began having sexual conversations with her and, at one point, showed her a pornographic website.
Multiple Assaults
According to the court document, the victim alleged Tesmer first sexually assaulted her in the summer of 2022. She also described other instances in which she was sexually assaulted and stated she was assaulted another four to five times, with the final assault occurring the weekend before she went to law enforcement with her allegations. The criminal complaint says she also alleged Tesmer sexually assaulted her when she was 6 years old.

Plea Agreement
Tesmer entered into a plea agreement last November and admitted to two first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges in exchange for the dismissal of the remaining charges against him.
He was sentenced Tuesday to just over 13 years in prison, followed by 10 years of conditional release. Tesmer was given credit for 88 days already served in jail.
