Millville, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Millville man has been ordered to prison for sexually assaulting a young girl.

Wabasha County court records show that 41-year-old Jesse Allen Tesmer was charged with seven counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of possession of child pornography in March 2024 after the victim reported being sexually assaulted. The criminal complaint says the girl told Wabasha County investigators she was 12 years old when Tesmer began having sexual conversations with her and, at one point, showed her a pornographic website.
