Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Slick conditions were present in a rollover crash on a Rochester freeway that resulted in injuries.

That’s according to the State Patrol, which responded to the single-vehicle crash shortly before 4:00. It was one of four injury crashes reported in southeast Minnesota on Tuesday.

The driver was the only occupant of the vehicle.

Florida Woman Injured in Rollover on Hwy. 63 in Rochester

The crash occurred on Hwy. 63 north of the exit to the Rochester Airport and south of the 48th St. South interchange. 

A car traveling north on the freeway rolled into the ditch after its driver lost control of the vehicle. The state crash report also says the car came to rest on its wheels. 

44-year-old Michelle Erica Thomas-Wynn of Apopka, FL was identified as the driver of the car. She was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol says.

Thomas-Wynn was buckled up and alcohol was not a factor in the crash, the state crash report says. 

Mayo Clinic Ambulance, the Rochester Police Department and Rochester Fire Department also responded to the crash.
