Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A rollover crash in the Rochester area has claimed the life of a teenage man.

First responders were called to the scene of the deadly crash shortly before 6:00 Saturday morning. 

He was the only occupant of the only vehicle involved.

19-Year-Old Rochester Man Killed in Single-Vehicle Crash on Hwy. 14

The fatal crash occurred along Hwy. 14 between Rochester and Byron. An eastbound car had left the roadway and rolled in the ditch on the south side of the four-lane highway, the state crash report says. 

19-year-old Braden Charles Rahlf of Rochester was identified as the driver. The State Patrol says he was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Rahlf was buckled up and alcohol was not involved in the deadly crash, according to the state crash report

The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office and Byron Fire Department also responded to the fatality.
