Faribault, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Faribault man is scheduled to be sentenced next month for a fatal road rage incident that occurred last June.

According to a news release, Sanders assaulted a 79-year-old man following a "rolling dispute" on a Rice County Road southeast of Dundas that began when Sanders passed an SUV driven by Larry Myers and collided with the victim's vehicle while performing the maneuver. The charges indicated both drivers continued heading north into Dundas, where Sanders got out of his pickup, and went to the victim's vehicle where he began punching him in the face.
