It has been so cold!  Everyone is talking about the fact that it's the coldest it has been in seven years.  No like.  But, we live in Minnesota, and if one thing is constant, it's the inconsistency of the weather.  Time to get out of hibernation, and enjoy what St. Cloud and Minnesota have to offer.

I personally love all of the food and drink type festivals that happen around the area throughout the year.  Almost anything you can think of - there is a festival for that.  Either here in the St. Cloud area or in the metro.  And it's a great way to maybe try a few things that you may not have before.  And it's great that they are usually in small portions so that you can try as many different types of food and drink as possible.

TIME TO GET YOUR "CHEESE AND CARB" ON THIS SATURDAY

Great mac and cheese concoctions with the Mac and Cheese Crawl that is part of St. Cloud's Bold and Bright Festival.

This Saturday from 11am to 4pm you can try all the mac and cheese that little heart desires!  It sounds amazing. Nothing is better than comfort food when it's cold out.  And for some reason pasta always sounds so good when you need a warm up.
