When you want to live vicariously through someone who is ultra rich, you might want to take a look at some of the most expensive homes in Minnesota and just dream.  Some of these really expensive homes are just simply amazing with the amenities that they offer.

WHERE ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE HOMES IN MINNESOTA

I often think of homes this expensive as something you would find on the coasts of the United States. These pricey homes in Minnesota are on shoreline - just not the ocean.  These homes are mostly in the affluent area around Lake Minnetonka.  And they definitely give the "WOW" factor.  Like who in the state of Minnesota has this kind of coin?  Obvioulsy there are some, but none that I know. Would really be nice, though.

After doing some research, I found that the most expensive home in Minnesota is upward of just over $55 Million dollars.  Unreal.  The house that just recently hit the market in a home in the Wayzata/Orono area.  It is very near Lake Minnetonka and priced accordingly.  This house is priced at $9.4 Million.  Just the land was over $2 Million.

YOU HAVE GOT TO SEE SOME OF THE FEATURES OF THIS HOME FOR SALE

If you look at the listing from Coldwell Banker agent Jeffrey Dewing, you will see some very modern amenities.  The finishes are off the chart and the primary closet supposedly is modeled after an Italian style closet and is valued at $500,000.  For just the closet!  That's more than the whole house I live in now.  Crazy what a lot of money can do for you.  When you have more, you obviously just spend more.

TAKE A LOOK AT THE PHOTOS INCLUDED IN THE LISTING

If you want to see the entire listing with more than 50 photos, you can link to it here.

The home has 6 bedrooms and essentially 9 bathrooms.  Who needs that many bathrooms??  The outside of the house looks nice, but not $9.4 million dollars worth.  But when you see the inside you might realize why it's priced that high.  Just crazy.
