It's a strange time to be alive. Just days after President Obama said aliens are real, President Trump has ordered the government to release UFO files. We don't know if anything will come of it. They haven't been very good at releasing files so far for Epstein or the JFK assassination, as Trump ordered, but I guess it's a start?

Trump's Message About UFOs, UAPs, And Aliens

Did the President of the United States of America just use the alien emoji in a post? Are you serious? Could that mean the greys are a real thing?

Next, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth shared the post with a salute and another alien emoji. This is just weird. Is it a distraction, or will we finally get some kind of disclosure? There have been speculations that Trump will give a speech on the anniversary of Roswell this summer. His own daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, says he has a speech ready.

Anyway, while this is going on at the national scale, there has been an uptick of UFO sightings in the Great Lakes region. The Angry Astronaut, a YouTuber, shared many reports of UFOs in Wisconsin.

It caught my attention, and I noticed one of the first images he used was from a sighting I had in Wisconsin this last summer. My family and I were camping in Minong, Minnesota. I was trying a new feature on my new iPhone and trying to take a picture of the stars. When I looked back at the photo, one of them showed two V-shaped objects in the sky. They were very fast, because in the burst of photos I took, they were gone by the second one. What the heck are those?

He goes on to explain other sightings over Wisconsin and how it's a substantial increase, similar to an outbreak in 1975. I'm not as familiar with that outbreak, but a UFOologist calls that area the epicenter of UFO activity in the 1970s. Could some of these stories be true?
