Duluth Actress Cast In Big Hollywood Movie
Amazing news! A Duluth actress has been cast in a huge movie alongside a slew of other Hollywood stars. This is so fun, especially if you love pop culture like me.
We have a lot of celebrities from Minnesota. So many of our biggest stars today come from small town Minnesota and it always makes watching their work just a bit more fun. It's a fun connection!

Recently, one of those stars just booked a major role. Peter Krause is from the Roseville and has been on so many hit shows over the years. Now, he's booked his next role after leaving his role as Bobby Nash on 9-1-1.
Bailey Stender is bound to have a career just as successful, especially after her latest role, which was just reported by Deadline. This is a big deal!
The Duluth native will star in a movie called Desert Flowers. The movie is a comedy and she is joining famous faces like Tyler Posey and Michaela Watkins. There are a ton of other recognizable faces as well from so many of your favorite shows.

So what is the premise of the movie? According to Deadline, three friends go on a getaway to the desert. As can be expected, things get out of control and turn into an adventure. We could all use a comedy right now!
The film doesn't have a release date but is aiming for a launch at some point in 2027. If you think you recognize Bailey Stender, you're right! She was on a popular Paramount+ show called Wolf Pack with Sarah Michelle Gellar.
