Homeless Suspect Arrested For Threatening Kasson Man With Knife
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A homeless man who was headed to the Rochester warming shelter Friday night ended up spending the weekend across the street in the Olmsted County jail.
Rochester police arrested 21-year-old Jose Delgado for a knife-related incident earlier in the evening several blocks away.
A Kasson man told police he saw Delgado tampering with a vending machine in the 500 block of W. Center St. The Kasson man says when he told Delgado to stop, he threatened him with a knife. When another witness called 911, Delgado left. Police checked surveillance video and recognized Delgado. He was arrested about an hour later.
