Here’s What’s Open & Closed on New Year’s Day in Minnesota
As we get ready to ring in a brand new year tonight, we thought it might be handy to share a list of what's open and closed tomorrow. (Keep in mind that some business might be closing early today as well).
New Year's Day is a federal holiday, so banks, schools and universities, and most if not all government offices will be closed -- but of course emergency services and hospitals will be open as always. There will also be no deliveries from the U.S. Postal Service, and post offices will be closed.
