Former Twins pitcher Kyle Gibson, who signed with the Texas Rangers after this past season, is going to be selling his Twins team-issued gear with 50% going to Gillette Children's Hospital and the other 50% going to Big League Impact. Up for grabs will be cleats, signed cards, and other pieces of Gibson's team-issued gear.

Gibson made the announcement on Twitter yesterday and the campaign has since gone live on the charity website Big League Impact.

It's pretty cool of Kyle to do this after spending 10 years with the Twins organization.

According to the post on the Big League Impact page hosting the fundraiser for charity, Kyle will be selecting people to win his Twins gear, with those people making minimum donations on the Big League Impact page.

"Are you one of the 10 people that Kyle selected to win some gear? Donate a minimum of $100 within 24 hours of being selected in order to receive your package. If you were selected and opted for cleats in your package, please make a minimum donation of $150.

If you were selected for an autographed card, please donate a minimum of $30.

Half of the money raised will benefit Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare and the other half will go to Big League Impact. Gillette serves children with disabilities and complex medical needs." - Big League Impact Page
