Faribault Police Asking for Help

Faribault Police Captain Neal Pederson says the department needs our eyes and ears to find a large item stolen earlier this summer from a Faribault residence.  A picture of the item is below and it's described as a cast iron gear that's 6 feet in diameter and is painted black with the words "The Big Wheel Lives Here" painted in white and it was set in a concrete base.  The item has some sentimental value for the family of Harley Pettipiece.  Captain Pederson says it would be great to recover the item for the family and Chief Andy Bohlen adds, "The residents of Faribault care about each other, and I'm confident anyone with information will help us recover this piece of family history."  The Faribault Police Department phone number is 507-334-4305.
