Faribault Public Works Director Travis Bock tells KDHL over the last several days the city has received a number of reports of frozen water service lines.  He says frost depth is the culprit and suggests residents check the cold tap water temperature.  If the cold water temperature drops to 40 degrees or less, staff recommends residents consider running the cold water at a small stream to prevent freezing of their water service.
