Experience More Christmas Fun in Faribault

After a three-day work week last week with the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, this week seems like it's dragging on. If you feel the same way and you're looking for something to spice up the week, I have just the thing for you. On Thursday night, December 1, there's another Hometown Holiday event. Load up the family and make your way downtown for the 10th annual Downtown Faribault Window Decorating Contest. Spend the evening strolling up and down the streets taking in the various beautifully decorated store windows and then cast your vote for your favorite holiday themed business.

Enjoy a delicious warm bowl of soup being served by the Faribault Foundation on Central Avenue or take a free horse-drawn wagon ride from 5-8PM. Santa is going to make a stop at Heartman Insurance Agency between 5-6PM and then he'll be jumping onto the wagon ride after 6PM. More than 20 businesses will be taking part in this family friendly Christmas event hosted by Faribault Mainstreet, so please make plans to attend.
