There are so many movies, TV shows, and video games all in a zombie apocalypse setting. But what if a zombie apocalypse actually happened in real life? What would you do? Where would you go? There's actually one spot in Minnesota that's been named a really great place to be during an apocalypse.

I'd like to think I'd do ok in the event of a zombie apocalypse. Actually, I think I'd do ok as long as my husband and I stuck together. While I'm outdoorsy and everything, he has way more knowledge about 'roughing it' than I do so he'd be really helpful. If I was by myself I think I'd make a silly mistake and end up a zombie's meal.

Best Place to Be in Minnesota During a Zombie Apocalypse

If a zombie apocalypse hits, hop in your car if possible and get to the Mall of America. The Mall of America was named one of the best spots to be during an apocalypse. This is from a survey done by JeffBet where they analyzed and listed the best shopping malls to go to survive.

In order to determine the rankings, according to Erie News Now, JeffBet looked at infection risk, chance of rescue, demand, weapons access, food provisions, shelter suitability, medicine access, and mental stimulation.

There are different reasons each mall ended up in the top 10. Let's see where the Mall of America ranked.

10. Sawgrass Mills - Sunrise, FL - best scoring factor: weapons access

9. American Dream - East Rutherford, NJ - best scoring factor: shelter suitability

8. Aventura Mall - Aventura, FL - best scoring factor: demand

7. Westfield Valley Fair - San Jose, CA - best scoring factor: demand

6. Westfield Garden State Plaza - Paramus, NJ - best scoring factor: chance of rescue

5. Palisades Center - West Nyack, NY - best scoring factor: mental stimulation

4. Mall of America - Bloomington, MN - best scoring factor: weapons access

3. King of Prussia Mall - King of Prussia, PA - best scoring factor: change of rescue

2. Lakewood Center - Lakewood, CA - best scoring factor: food provisions

1. Millcreek Mall - Erie, PA - best scoring factor: infection risk

WCCO says that the MOA has great weapon access because of the hockey sticks and knives around the mall. There is that Swiss Army store, so. There's also the entirety of Nickelodeon Universe so there's no way you could be bored.
