Dennis J. Woods, age 74, of Nerstrand, MN, passed away May 30, 2024, at his home following an extended illness.

Private family services will be held. Interment will be at the Valley Grove Cemetery in Wheeling Township, Rice County.

Arrangements are being completed with the Parker Kohl Funeral Home of Faribault.
