Dad Dresses As Spider-Man to Surprise Dying Son on Birthday

As far as birthdays go, they don't get much better than this.

This boy is suffering from a brain tumor that leaves him with months to live, so his dad (of the year) dressed up as Spider-Man to surprise him on his 5th birthday.

There's really not much to say here, except that this is a moving scene from an awesome father.
