Check Out the NOAA November, December, January Outlook for Minnesota
According to NOAA's 2024 Fall & Winter Outlook for the United States, Minnesotans could expect a fairly decent chance for near-average conditions, with essentially an equal chance for above or below normal temperatures, and above or below normal precipitation.
We could use a bit more moisture now that the entire state of Minnesota is currently listed as being 'abnormally dry' or worse by the U.S. Drought Monitor. The rain over the weekend and early this week should help there.
NOAA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the parent agency of the National Weather Service says that most of Minnesota can expect the nearly-average trend to continue for the end of this fall into early winter.

Despite the look and feel of the three month climate outlook, the early portion of the period looks to be drier and milder, with the latter portion more likely to provide more typical Minnesota snow and cold.

Based on the current outlook we are looking at a near-equal chance for a warmer than normal or cooler than normal late fall and early winter.
It has been a warm and dry fall across just about all of Minnesota. This comes after record-breaking spring and early summer rains in the region. What fall and winter actually have in store for us is anybody's guess -- but at least according to NOAA's three month outlook, things look to be trending near normal.
By the way, most of the seasonal almanacs are calling for a colder and snowier winter for Minnesota.
