Led by junior John Rumpza's 30 points, the Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms beat rival Bethlehem Academy on Friday night in Blooming Prairie as heard on KDHL-AM 920. The Cardinals were led by Kyle Novak's 13 points.  BP improved to 12-8 overall and 7-5 in the Gopher Conference; Faribault B.A. dropped to 12-7 (7-4 Gopher). The 2 teams will likely meet again in the Sec. 1A West tournament.
