The popular Back to the 50's car show, held at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds every year, has been canceled for this year. The tough decision was made over the weekend and announced on their Facebook, Twitter, and website.

This year's Back to the 50's Weekend was supposed to held June 19th-21st. It's a huge show, for those that don't know! They say on the flyer for this year's show, that in 2019 there were 11,345 registered vehicles, 300 commercial vendors, 135 crafters, and 400 swappers.

In their message from the Board of Directors, making the announcement that the event is canceled, they said

The MSRA Board of Directors believe this is the responsible action to take in an effort to keep everyone safe during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The health and safety of our participants, volunteers, sponsors, spectators, staff and community remains our top priority.

You can already mark your calendar for next year's show though! It'll be held June 18th-20th.
