AM Minnesota Extension Educators Claire LaCanne and Megan Roberts
Extension Educators Claire LaCanne and Megan Roberts will be my guests on today's AM Minnesota Program. Claire is Extension Educator in Rice and Steele County, Megan is at the Mankato Reginal office with a state wide appointment in Agricultural Business Management. Megan will be hosting a couple Farm Bill meetings in our area soon. Megan also has a number of Farm Transition workshops coming up.
In addition to mentioning the workshops we will have time to discuss the importance of having a Farm Transition Plan and maybe some examples of problems that came up when there was not a plan. We will also discuss the new Farm Bill and if the data indicates if we should sign up for the PLC or ARC County Programs.
