I am definitely a baker more than a cook. My friends know I am the cupcake person, I have made a lot of different cupcakes for parties and just for fun. So I wanted to share some adorable Easter desserts I found on Pinterest that anyone can make! I gave one a try myself and it tasted so good!

Peeps Easter Garden Cake

You can't go wrong using Peeps for your dessert! Even if you don't like Peeps, at least they're cute decoration. All you have to do is make your favorite cake (they recommend chocolate so it looks like dirt) and then line with green frosting for grass, sprinkle with crushed Oreos for a dirt effect, throw on some of those candy pumpkins and some Peeps and you're done!

Coconut Macaroon Nests

If you love coconut this recipe is for you. These tiny nests are too cute and also easy! The "nest" part is a coconut mix that you bake in the oven, then drizzle some white chocolate over the top and top off with some candy eggs. Like I said, super easy!

Easter Egg Cookie Dough Truffles

Oh my gosh, this has to be one of the easiest desserts ever! The recipe includes egg-less cookie dough, so no worries about eating raw eggs. Whip up the cookie dough ingredients, shape into an egg, then coat with your choice of colored candy chocolate melts and decorate however you'd like!

Easter Mini Cheesecakes

Because my fiancé is obsessed with cheesecake I figured this should be the one I give a shot!

When I took a look at the recipe I was a little surprised that I already had most of these ingredients. I feel like usually when I take on a baking project I have to buy a lot of items. So after stopping at the store for a couple of ingredients I got baking!

Overall the recipe was really easy! If you're impatient though you probably shouldn't make these, you have to let them cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before you can eat them.

But the recipe lies to you when it says it only makes 18.. it makes way more than that. I don't know if they meant it makes 18 regular muffin sized cheesecakes, but if that's the case they shouldn't have named these MINI cheesecakes. So I ended up with 24 mini cheesecakes and 5 giant muffin sized cheesecakes!

I also used Jolly Rancher jelly beans to decorate instead of the speckled malted milk eggs because I don't like whoppers. I also think my coconut was too shredded, it doesn't look like the picture on the recipe.. oops!

Overall I would definitely recommend this dessert! It's easy, it's cute, and my fiancé, the cheesecake fanatic, approves!
