The post to Josh Strohman's Facebook page says it all. "You're a three-decker sauerkraut and toadstool sandwich with arsenic sauce!"

In Suess-ical fashion, Josh lays it all out there for whoever took his handmade 6 foot tall Grinch lawn decoration sometime Sunday morning.

Strohman told WCCO-TV that he made "this giant Grinch Christmas decoration out of plywood by hand three years ago." After putting the decoration outside on Thanksgiving this year and anchoring it with two small boulders to keep it in place. Sunday Josh woke up and a real-life grinch had managed to abscond with his 6 foot cut out.

Josh went on to state in his post that:

"After hearing how many people enjoy seeing him out and looked forward to what he would be stealing from the yard each year there is no way I can let this thief bring the neighborhood down. I don't know if he will make a new appearance this year but he will be back, in the meantime I have brought a little humor to the yard with the hope that person responsible will drive by again to see the addition."

The original post that has since gone viral from Strohman's sister in law has been shared almost 8,000 times. If you happen upon either the decoration or know the real-life grinch you're asked to contact the Apple Valley Police Department.
