Each year this promotion comes around, I have a good laugh thinking about the employees working during it.

This promotion may end up being a one time only thing, and the store admits that, as they are set to collect used underwear in exchange for a new pair.

When you head to the fair next year, don't forget an extra pair of tighty whities!
