Could Illinois' favorite chicken restaurant open in Rockford soon?

It sounds like some changes are going to happen for the company and stores are closing across the United States.

Wisconsin-based ShopKo made it official this morning. The retailer announced it is entering into Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization.

On line shopping is apparently doing damage to another brick and mortar chain. Toys R Us, facing hundred's of millions in debt, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
